We arrange checks of your property while you are away, looking for potential issues associated with storms, heavy rain, seasonal changes or prolonged periods without occupancy. Any concerns are reported to you for action.

Any repairs needed are quoted and paid separately.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
