Free to tenants and buyers. Where applicable, our commission is paid by the landlord or seller.

Does it cost me anything?

No. It is free to tenants and buyers. Where applicable, our commission is paid by the landlord or seller.

Can you negotiate for me?

Where appropriate, yes. We clarify the terms, negotiate on your behalf where appropriate, and help you understand the costs and arrangements before you commit.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
