What we do

We liaise with service providers on your behalf, coordinate appointments and check that the work requested is being carried out as agreed. We act as your local point of contact so you do not have to manage every contractor yourself.

Contractors' charges and materials are paid separately.

Who pays the contractor?

You do. Contractors' charges and materials are paid separately.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
