We go through your rental, purchase or building contract with you before you sign, explain the terms in plain English and point out anything unclear, unusual or missing. You go into the agreement knowing what you are committing to.

Where you need formal legal advice, a lawyer's fees are paid separately.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
