Both. Most of our clients rent first, usually for a year or more. When you're ready to buy, we already know what you like and what the market is doing.
For short stays we'll point you to the best holiday-rental sites. Our concierge service is for long stays of six months or more, and for buyers. Condo stays under 30 days need a licensed property, and we will check that for you.
Yes, condominiums freehold within the foreign quota; houses and land usually on long leases. We introduce you to an independent lawyer before you commit to anything.
