What we do

We can coordinate regular property upkeep, including grass cutting, plant care and other agreed maintenance, helping keep your home in good condition while you are away. We also hold your keys securely and make agreed inspection visits, with routine checks so you know all is well.

Repairs, materials and contractors' charges are paid separately.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
