We take an independent look at how someone is managing day to day, at home, with their health admin and socially, and give you an honest written summary with practical suggestions. It is not a medical or care assessment.

How it works

1. Tell us what you needOn WhatsApp, LINE, a call, or over a coffee at our café. The first chat is free, with no obligation.
2. We agree it with youYou know what we will do and what it costs before we start. Nothing is charged until you agree.
3. We handle it and keep you informedOne named person, in English and Thai.

No. It is not a medical or care assessment.

What do I get?

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
