What we do

While you are away, we coordinate feeding, visits and other agreed care for your pet through suitable local providers, subject to availability. You get updates, and one point of contact if anything comes up.

Food, vet fees and supplies are paid separately.

How it works

2. We agree it with youYou know what we will do and what it costs before we start. Nothing is charged until you agree.

Who looks after the pet?

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
