How it works

2. We agree it with youYou know what we will do and what it costs before we start. Nothing is charged until you agree.

What is in the report?

A clear, regular report on how your loved one is getting on, covering day-to-day life, appointments and anything that needs attention.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
