What we do

We go with you to your appointment for up to half a day, help you communicate with staff and help you come away understanding what was said and what happens next. We help with language and admin; we do not give medical advice.

Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital or clinic.

How it works

Do you give medical advice?

No. We help with language and admin; we do not give medical advice.

How long do you stay?

For up to half a day. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital or clinic.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
