We book your hospital or clinic appointments, confirm the time with you and remind you nearer the day, so you spend less time on the phone. Appointment availability is set by the hospital.

Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital or clinic.

How it works

2. We agree it with youYou know what we will do and what it costs before we start. Nothing is charged until you agree.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
