What we do

When you come home from hospital, we help with the practical side: follow-up appointments, prescriptions and arranging support at home, so the first weeks are easier for you and your family. We coordinate; we do not provide medical or nursing care.

Hospital bills, medicines, carers and equipment are paid separately.

Questions people ask

Do you provide nursing care?

No. We coordinate follow-up appointments, prescriptions and support at home; we do not provide medical or nursing care.

What costs are extra?

Hospital bills, medicines, carers and equipment are paid separately.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
