What we do

If you are taken to hospital, day or night we arrange help: someone with you as soon as we can, help with the admin and communication, and your family kept informed. We support you practically; we do not provide medical care.

Hospital bills and treatment are paid separately, by you or your insurer.

How quickly will someone come?

Someone will be with you as soon as we can. We do not promise a response time.

Do you provide medical care?

No. We support you practically, with the admin and communication, and keep your family informed.

Who pays the hospital?

Hospital bills and treatment are paid separately, by you or your insurer.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
