We help coordinate an appointment and, where available and permitted, arrange for someone to accompany you. We can help clarify the information provided by the bank so you better understand the account and its conditions. Account approval remains the bank's decision.

How it works

Will the bank approve the account?

Account approval remains the bank's decision.

Will someone come with me?

Where available and permitted, we arrange for someone to accompany you, and help clarify what the bank tells you about the account and its conditions.

Do members pay less?

Yes. Membership is £5 a month and takes 10% off every service on our list. The discount is on our fee: government and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We are taking names for the founding list, and nothing is charged yet.
